And it is still in use, despite the Bush Administration's continuous efforts to thwart, pervert, and ignore it.

But it may not withstand a third Bush term. That's why defeating McCain at the polls this November is so important. And that can only happen if we become ultra-vigilant against voter disenfranchisement and other GOP/Rove tricks to steal yet another election.
